Lead a team to provide exceptional service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues. Your leadership will help ensure BP Roofing maintains its reputation for customer satisfaction.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the roofing or construction industry

Previous experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within designated areas
Strong organizational skills to track leads and appointments
Positive attitude and a passion for helping homeowners

Proven experience as a roofing subcontractor
Ability to work with various roofing materials and systems
Strong knowledge of roofing installation and repair techniques
Reliable transportation and tools
Valid insurance and proper licensing

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines
